Due to the presence of healing water in the area, an early construction of a spa including a recreation area is planned, along with a hotel and a riding school.

The sea in the Chalkidiki area is a short drive away, in about 20 minutes by car you can reach the nearest beach of the 1st peninsula of Kassandra, in 1-2 hours the 2nd peninsula of Sithonia or the beaches of the 3rd peninsula of Athos.

The house on a large plot with well-kept garden and swimming pool is suitable for year-round living. Thanks to its appearance in the style of “chalet” it is ideal for holiday living.
